Hi, Nice to meet you!

My name is Renae, and I am a certified practicing Speech Pathologist. After graduating from Charles Sturt University in Albury, I returned to the North Central Victoria region to pursue my passion for working in Early Intervention with children with disabilities. After a number of years in the industry, I started my private practice at the end of 2021 with the aim of supporting clients and their families through a Neurodiversity-affirming lens. 

Areas of interest

I am passionate about Early Intervention and supporting clients and their families through direct therapy, parent coaching and play-based activities. 

I have a particular interest in Language delays and development, Autism Spectrum Disorder, supporting participation in daily routines and activities, Communication devices (AAC), pre-emergent literacy skills and articulation. 

I am Hanen certified in the following Programs:

· It Takes Two To Talk: A program designed specifically for parents of young children (0-5 years) who have a language delay.

· More Than Words: A program designed specifically for parents of Autistic children to support them to develop their communication skills. 

· Talkability: A program designed for parents of children ages 4-8 on the autism spectrum or who have social communication difficulties

Outside of work

You'll find me chasing after my toddler, being part of Playgroup and Toy library committees, and spending time with my partner, friends and family.
